ABOUT PROFESSOR Chris KULANDER
Professor Kulander is an experienced legal scholar, teacher, and practitioner. He leads Oliva Gibbs University (OGU) and serves as Director of the Oil & Gas Law Institute at the South Texas College of Law. Prior to teaching energy and property law, he previously worked in law firms specializing in energy lending, finance, and oil and gas title. He is dedicated to fostering innovation and education in oil and gas law, with extensive publications in related fields.
