Our team

Highly qualified teachers

Oliva Gibbs team members frequently present on pertinent topics at various organizations, including AAPL, its regional chapters, and other nationwide industry groups.

Another key contributor to our educational initiatives is Of Counsel Professor Christopher Kulander, who teaches energy and property law courses at the South Texas College of Law – Houston and serves as the Director of the school’s Oil & Gas Law Institute. With numerous publications in the fields of oil and gas law, land use control, American Indian law, and geology and petroleum seismology, Professor Kulander brings a wealth of knowledge to OGU. His primary role is to further build out OGU content, ensuring it remains relevant and insightful.
